End User License Agreement

This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Best Girl Game for the adult VR software, this website, and related services. By creating an account, downloading a build, or using the game, you accept these terms.

Paid access is sold as a one-month period without auto-renewal unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout. Charges are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow the payment provider and applicable consumer law.

7. Disclaimer

The game and site are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, specific AI behaviour, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI replies are generated automatically and may be imperfect.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach this agreement or if required by law. License limits, disclaimers, and liability terms survive termination.
